Payments

Intellectual Property

Designs and artwork produced by DesignBlock remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers as agreed with the client. Client-supplied logos, images, and content remain the property of the client, who confirms they hold the right to use such material.

Warranties & Liability

We use quality materials and follow industry-standard installation practices. Where a warranty is offered on a specific product, its terms will be shared separately. DesignBlock is not liable for damage caused by improper use, third-party interference, or events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather.
